DEVELOP YOUR SUSTAINABLE YOGA PRACTICE
Choose the practice that is easy to commit to today. It doesn't have to be difficult to challenge you.
And it should be consistent to change you.
Among all the styles of yoga, I'm offering practices routed in Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. If it feels good for you - come and try with me!

Yin Yoga
Simple, yet not easy - slow paced style of yoga that offers a space to listen to your body, while giving time to mind, breath and nervous system in general to adapt to the new depth of the pose/sensations/range of motion. In this practice we are targeting soft connective tissues, increasing the range of motion, flexibility, improving lymphatic flow. Unlike restorative style, yin offers you to find your edge and stay there, which can be demanding at times.
5 principles:
- Know what are you targeting, when chosing the pose
- Find your variation of the pose/adapt the pose to your body
- Find your edge (ask your instructor if you ae new to the practice)
- Find your stillness for a few minutes in the pose
- Find the way out of the pose gently and take a moment to notice what has become different
Main benefits:
- Sense of presense, calming the nervous system
- Increased ease of motion, if practice is consistent - increased range of motion, flexibility and adaptability
- Increased lymphatic flow, lubricated joints, released soft tissues, flushing the blood around vital organs and many more.

Restorative Yoga
The most gentle style of yoga, where we eliminate any effort. Using props to support the body, holding ourselves in a deep state of relaxation, allowing the body to naturally recover.
Highly recommended if you are:
- Undergoing difficult circumstances, that requires a lot of resources
- Looking for a recovery, be it physical (post-injury, high endurance training, injury etc) or mental (stress, emotional distress, anxiety, work overload etc)
- Looking for somatic way of supporting yourself and holding the space for yourself
- Never tried any somatic practice before and willing to find out how is it to relax, restore and recover aside from having a good night sleep
Main benefits:
- Nervous system regulation
- Discovering the sense of support by being, not doing
- Enhancing body-mind connection
- Gentle release of stored tensions and emotions
- Improving the quality of sleep, dygestion, ease of movement, decreasing the reactivity, decreasing the inflammatory processes in the body etc.

Yoga Nidra
Yogic sleep - yoga of mind, where the practitioner is sinking into the state between sleep and non-sleep, while listening to the guidance on breath, relaxation and visualisation.
Allows the brain to switch into alpha, betha and even theta brain waves. Highly beneficial for therapeutic processes.
Enhances sleep, memory, ability to focus, helps with healing processes - from restorative to clinically diagnosed conditions, works on the level of subconsciosness and can be yoused for addressing wounds, negative core beliefs, consciquences of traumatic experiences.
Deeply healing practice when attended regularly.
